A fitness room is available free of charge for our hotel guests, as a bad weather alternative for their daily training, in the Erzsébet-wing wellness area.

Opening hours of the fitness room daily: 7 - 10 am and 14 – 18 pm.

The neighbouring mountains of the Matra provide excellent cycling routes that will challenge those guests who wish to explore the beauties of the nature in good weather by bike. Adult's and children's bicycles are also available for rent.

Nordic Walking has become very popular and trendy mass sport pursued by millions of people. It is similar to cross-country skiing, the technic is very easy and quick to learn, it carefully moves the whole body and it has a lot of benificent physiological impacts. Nordic walking sticks are available free of charge at the reception.

Jogging in a forest cuts the risk of suffering from mental health problems, depression, anxiety. It is twice as good as jogging in a fitness gym. You can just step out of our hotel in Parádfürdő and stroll in the park or run through the neighbouring woodlands.
