The recipient can choose their preferred travel dates later, within the voucher's validity period and subject to availability. The voucher can also be redeemed when booking a room online.

The gift voucher is available for online purchase at a discounted price during the Black Week campaign.
Voucher validity: until 14 May 2027. The latest possible departure date is 14 May 2027.
The voucher cannot be used during peak and holiday periods, including 15 March, Easter, spring school holidays, Christmas, the period between Christmas and New Year, and New Year's Eve.
When booking online, guests may upgrade to a higher room category, extend their stay or increase the number of guests for an additional charge. Vouchers valid for weekdays can also be used for weekend stays for an additional charge.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other discounts or promotions. No refunds or exchanges for other services are available for vouchers that are partially or entirely unused.
