Erzsébet Park Hotel Loyalty Program aims to reward our loyal guests with discounts.

The program consists of 4 levels.

Registry level: 2% discount

By registering, you can not only book at the guaranteed best prices, but you can also enjoy additional benefits with your membership.

What does this mean for you?

• Continuous tracking, easy-to-use personal profile: You can easily track your reservations in your loyal guest account.
• Exclusive offers: Be the first to know about the hotel's best offers and promotions!
• 2% discount from your first booking!
• Our guests registered in the Loyalty Program receive a 10% massage discount. (Only in case of advance, online booking.)
• Collecting room nights: Every room night spent counts. We reward your loyalty with a 5% discount after you have stayed at least 10 room nights within 2 years
• Easy to step to the next level: Once you have stayed at least 20 room nights in our hotel within 2 years, you will move up to the next level and can book rooms with a 10% discount, and after 30 nights, you will get a 15% discount

How to move up to the next level?

Book directly at the hotel, because based on the number of room nights you have stayed, you can move up to the next level and receive even more discounts

• Silver level: 5% discount - after at least 10 nights
• Gold level: 10% discount - after at least 20 nights
• Platinum level: 15% discount - after at least 30 nights

Silver level: 5% discount

• Available after 10 room nights in the latest 2 years (730 calendar days) preceding the booking
• Join the regular guest family and receive a 5% discount on the gross package price!
• Feel special with our regular guest program.
• Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.
• The discount is non-transferable and can only be used by the beneficiary, for a maximum of 3 rooms at a time, by providing their name and registered email address.
• Loyalty discounts are not valid for corporate bookings.
• The hotel reserves the right to amend the rules of the loyalty program at any time. The amendments will be available on the hotel's website.
• The hotel reserves the right to terminate the loyalty program at any time.

Gold level: 10% discount

• Available after 20 room nights spent in the latest 2 years (730 calendar days) preceding the reservation.
• Upgrade to a higher level and enjoy a 10% discount on the gross package price!
• Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.
• The discount is non-transferable and can only be used by the beneficiary, for a maximum of 3 rooms at a time, by providing their name and registered email address.
• Loyalty discounts are not valid for corporate bookings.
• The hotel reserves the right to amend the rules of the loyalty program at any time. The amendments will be available on the hotel's website.
• The hotel reserves the right to terminate the loyalty program at any time.

Platinum level: 15% discount

• Available after 30 room nights spent in the latest 2 years (730 calendar days) preceding the reservation.
• Become an elite guest of our hotel by reaching the Platinum level.
• You will receive 15% discount on the gross price of the booked package.
• You can extend your stay with early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability).
• Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.
• The discount is non-transferable and can only be used by the beneficiary, for a maximum of 3 rooms at a time, by providing their name and registered email address.
• Loyalty discounts are not valid for corporate bookings.
• The hotel reserves the right to amend the rules of the loyalty program at any time. The amendments will be available on the hotel's website.
• The hotel reserves the right to terminate the loyalty program at any time.

The loyalty program is valid from June 6, 2024 until revoked.

How can I register for the loyalty program?
• You can register for the loyalty program on the hotel's booking interface.

Why is it worth registering for the Erzsébet Park Hotel Loyalty Program?
• Because you immediately receive a 2% discount on your reservation. With a frequent guest membership, you will be the first to know about certain offers and receive discounts based on the nights you stay.

Will the previous frequent guest discounts remain?
• No. With the introduction of the new frequent guest program, the previous frequent guest levels and discounts will cease. We will re-examine the eligibility of our previous frequent guests and record the appropriate level in the system according to the terms of the new frequent guest program

I already have a booking with a frequent guest discount.
• The discounts for bookings confirmed before the introduction of the new frequent guest program will not be affected by the introduction of the new frequent guest program.

Is there a period or package that the frequent guest discount cannot be applied to?
• The frequent guest discount can only be applied to packages included in the frequent guest program on the hotel website.

Do I get a frequent guest discount from all packages?
• The frequent guest discount can only be applied to packages included in the frequent guest program on the hotel website, it does not apply to last minute, special packages and packages containing medical treatments.

Can more than one person from a family register for the frequent guest discount?
• We recommend that the person who usually handles reservations register per family. Registration is tied to an email address. We cannot combine room nights and discounts from multiple accounts.

I can't log in to my frequent guest account, what should I do?
• Please check if you tried to log in with your registered email address.
