The Erzsébet Park Hotel Loyalty Program rewards our loyal guests with increasing discounts and additional benefits.

The program has four membership levels. Register now and receive a 2% discount from your very first direct booking made on our website!

Benefits of the Loyalty Program

Personal loyalty account: easily view and manage your bookings in your personal profile.
Exclusive offers: be among the first to hear about selected hotel offers and promotions.
Immediate discount: receive 2% off your first direct booking made on our website.
10% massage discount: registered members receive 10% off massage treatments when booked online in advance.
Collect room nights: progress to a higher membership level and receive greater discounts based on your eligible room nights.

Loyalty Program Levels

Registration Level – 2% discount

Available immediately after registration.
Provides a 2% discount on the gross price of packages included in the Loyalty Program.

Silver Level – 5% discount

Available after at least 10 eligible room nights within the 2 years, or 730 calendar days, preceding the booking.
Provides a 5% discount on the gross price of packages included in the Loyalty Program.

Gold Level – 10% discount

Available after at least 20 eligible room nights within the 2 years, or 730 calendar days, preceding the booking.
Provides a 10% discount on the gross price of packages included in the Loyalty Program.

Platinum Level – 15% discount

Available after at least 30 eligible room nights within the 2 years, or 730 calendar days, preceding the booking.
Provides a 15% discount on the gross price of packages included in the Loyalty Program.
Early check-in and late check-out may be requested, subject to the hotel’s current availability.

How Can You Reach a Higher Level?

Book directly with Erzsébet Park Hotel and use the email address registered to your loyalty account. You will automatically progress to a higher level based on the number of eligible room nights you have stayed:

Silver Level after at least 10 room nights;
Gold Level after at least 20 room nights;
Platinum Level after at least 30 room nights.

General Terms

Loyalty discounts are only available for packages included in the Loyalty Program and booked on the hotel’s website.
The discount does not apply to last-minute offers, other promotional packages or packages containing medical treatments.
Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.
The discount is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
The discount may be applied to a maximum of 3 rooms per booking by providing the member’s name and registered email address.
Loyalty discounts are not valid for corporate bookings.
The hotel reserves the right to amend the terms of the Loyalty Program at any time. The current terms will always be available on this page.
The hotel reserves the right to terminate the Loyalty Program at any time.

The Loyalty Program is valid from 6 June 2024 until revoked.

How can I register for the Loyalty Program?

You can register through the hotel’s online booking page. Click the person-shaped icon in the top-right corner and select the registration option.

Why is it worth registering?

You can receive 2% off your first direct booking made on our website. You can also view your bookings in your personal account and progress to the Platinum Level, offering a discount of up to 15%.

How can I log in to my loyalty account?

Open the hotel’s online booking page, click the person-shaped icon in the top-right corner and log in using your registered email address.

Does the loyalty discount apply to every package?

No. The discount is only available for packages included in the Loyalty Program and booked on the hotel’s website. It does not apply to last-minute offers, other promotional packages or packages containing medical treatments.

Can more than one member of the same family register?

Yes, but we recommend that the person who usually handles the bookings registers for the family. Each account is linked to an email address, and room nights or discounts registered under different accounts cannot be combined.

I cannot log in to my loyalty account. What should I do?

Please check that you are using the same email address that you provided during registration. If you still cannot log in, please contact the hotel for assistance.
