Especially effective can a massage be, when the body is heated a little bit beforehand. This can be done during a warm bath or a sauna session.

When is a massage especially recommended?
A massage can have a positive impact, especially in one or more of the following symptoms:

  • Back pain and stiffness and tension in the back (if you are suffering from severe back pain, you should first visit a doctor and then be treated only by a trained physiotherapist).
  • Poor circulation
  • Psychological stress
