You can prepare your favorite Hungarian dishes after returning home from your holiday in Parádfürdő. We will share our chef's secret recipes with you in this section.
Palócleves:
Dice the onion into small cubes. Braise the onion with little grease in a pot. Dice the beef leg in 1x1 cm cubes. Add the meat to the pot and fry for a few minutes in the grease. Add the finely chopped garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Add a little bit of water. Cook until the meat is tender. The time varies with the age of the cattle. Peel the skins off the potatoes, dice them into small cubes. Boil the potatoes in a separate pot with the green beans, then pour it into the pot of the meat. Mix the sour cream with 2-3 spoons of soup and the flour – lump-free. Add this thickener to the soup and bring it to boil for 1 minute. Finally, sprinkle it with finely chopped dill and some mustard.

Tócsni with fried onions and sour cream:
Mix the fine grated potatoes well with garlic, salt, pepper, egg, flour, some water. Heat some oil in a saucepan and drop potato discs into hot oil. Fry them 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until browned and crisp. Cover them with sour cream and fried onions.

Dessert of the Mountain Man:
Prepare a chocolate sponge cake. Prepare sugar syrup with water, rum, sugar, and fresh orange juice. Sprinkle the sponge cake with syrup, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and then with chocolate sauce.
Before serving, decorate it with almonds and whipped cream.
