Terms and conditions for using the free hotel WiFi

Dear Guest!

• We are pleased to inform you that we provide our hotel guests WiFi usage free of charge.
• The use of Erzsébet Park Hotel*** WiFi network is regulated by the terms of this Policy. Please use the service legally, responsibly and in a reasonable manner.
• When using WiFi guests are required to act lawfully, may not adopt unlawful behavior or encourage others to do so. The use of WiFi cannot break neither criminal nor civil laws, and may not infringe the intellectual property right of another person. Do not send confidential or sensitive information using hotel WiFi.
• When using the WiFi you cannot harass or threaten others, may not be obscene, defamatory, racist or use offensive expressions.
• When using the WiFi you cannot capture other users' e-mail address or other personal information. The network can not be used to send unsolicited mail (spam).
• When using WiFi it is prohibited to upload or download large files, with regard to other users.
• To protect yourself and other users you must have updated anti-virus program installed on devices that use the network.
• You acknowledge to use the free WiFi service, in its current state. It is therefore possible that, for technical, legal or other reasons, the network is not available, or the access to the service is forced to suspend.
• You acknowledge that the guest WiFi network security is not guaranteed, and you use the network entirely at your own risk.
• You acknowledge that you are liable and the hotel is going to charge any losses or damages deriving from the behavior of your breaching this policy.
