Wellness Stay Gift Voucher
Surprise your loved ones with an unforgettable experience! With our hotel gift voucher, you can give them a relaxing stay with memorable wellness experiences in the beautiful surroundings of the Mátra Mountains.
The voucher includes:
- accommodation with half board (buffet breakfast and dinner)
- one welcome drink per person at the Zsuzsanna Café
- use of both hotel wellness areas and the fitness room
- use of towels and bathrobes for guests aged 12 and over
- complimentary Wi-Fi and parking
Purchase conditions:
- The gift voucher can be easily customised during the purchase process.
- You can select the length of stay, number of guests, room type and whether the stay will take place on weekdays or at the weekend.
- The system automatically calculates the current price, allowing you to see the value of the selected voucher immediately.
- Once payment has been completed, the voucher is immediately available in PDF format, ready to be given as a gift or printed in an elegant design.
Redemption conditions:
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, except during selected peak and holiday periods, including the summer season from 19 June to 31 August, Easter, Whitsun, Christmas, the period between Christmas and New Year, and New Year’s Eve.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other discounts or promotional offers. No refund or exchange for another service is available for vouchers that are unused or only partially redeemed.
The voucher can only be redeemed through a reservation made directly with the hotel or through the hotel’s official online booking system, subject to availability. For an additional charge, guests may upgrade the room type, extend the stay, increase the number of guests or change a weekday voucher to a weekend stay.
Child discounts apply when children share a room with two adults.
