FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Booking, Payment and Cancellation

What cancellation policy applies to my booking?

The cancellation terms applicable to your booking are always included in the booking confirmation. If a booking is cancelled after the free cancellation deadline, the cancellation fee specified in the confirmation will be charged.

To reduce the financial risk arising from unexpected events such as illness, an accident or a family emergency, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance when making your booking.

When and how do I need to pay the deposit?

To guarantee your booking, please pay the amount specified in the confirmation by the stated payment deadline. Payment can be made by bank transfer or using the online payment options provided by the hotel.

Bank transfer details for payments in euros:

Account holder: Parád Park Hotel Kft.
Address: Kossuth Lajos út 372, H-3244 Parádfürdő, Hungary
Bank: K&H Bank
SWIFT/BIC: OKHBHUHB
IBAN: HU15 1040 0528 0000 1988 0000 0006

Please include the guest’s name or booking reference in the payment details and send us your billing address. Any bank transfer charges must be paid by the sender.

What does dynamic pricing mean?

Our room rates may change daily depending on hotel occupancy, demand and other market conditions. It is worth booking early, as a lower rate may be available in advance than a few days before arrival.

Prices also depend on the day of the week. Sunday and Monday nights are generally available at more favourable rates.

We may offer special discounted rates for selected periods. These offers are displayed in the calendar on our online booking page and among our current offers.

If a date change is requested within the free cancellation period and the conditions of the selected offer allow changes, we do not charge an administration fee. However, different room rates may apply to the new dates, so the total price of the booking may increase or decrease.

Which dates are considered peak or holiday periods?

The current list of peak and holiday periods is always available on the hotel’s website.

Remaining peak and holiday periods in 2026:

  • Autumn school holiday: 23–31 October 2026
  • 23 October national holiday weekend: 23–25 October 2026
  • Christmas and New Year period: 24 December 2026–2 January 2027

The summer period is also considered a peak period, and some discounts may not be available during this time.

Can the hotel accommodate special requests?

We record special requests relating, for example, to rooms or meals and will take them into consideration whenever possible. However, their fulfilment cannot be guaranteed.
