Booking conditions

• The offer can be booked between 8 and 10 September 2026.
• Stay period: 8 September – 18 December 2026, for Sunday-to-Thursday nights only, subject to availability, excluding 22–31 October 2026.
• Minimum stay: 2 nights.
• The offer is available exclusively for Comfort Room types in the Zsuzsanna Wing. Comfort Rooms with a balcony and Comfort Family Rooms can be booked for a supplement.
• To confirm the booking, 100% prepayment is required. The booking is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
• The stay dates may be changed once no later than 3 days before arrival, subject to availability and within the stay period of the offer.
• The offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, except for the loyalty discount.

A tip for an even more relaxing arrival

Arrive early and begin your stay with a leisurely lunch! On the day of arrival, you will receive a HUF 3,000 lunch discount per room with a minimum spend of HUF 8,000, valid between 12:00 and 15:00.

Programme tip in Mátrafüred

If you are travelling to Parádfürdő from the direction of Gyöngyös, Mátrafüred is directly on your route. With advance booking, you can try the all-season activities offered by the High-Tech Sportok Bázisa either on your arrival day or on your way home. Explore the forest terrain by Segway, choose from a range of outdoor activities or visit the indoor adventure centre. Hotel guests receive an HSB gift voucher worth HUF 5,000.

The voucher may be used once for one group booking when reserving a full-price service worth at least HUF 20,000. The HUF 5,000 discount applies to the portion of the price exceeding HUF 20,000 and cannot be combined with other discounts. Advance booking is recommended; full terms and conditions are stated on the voucher.
