Purchase conditions:

• No restrictions – the gift voucher can be easily customised during purchase.
• The buyer can freely set the length of stay, number of guests, room type, and whether the voucher is valid on weekdays or weekends.
• The system automatically calculates the current price, so the value of the selected voucher is visible immediately.
• After payment, the voucher becomes instantly available in PDF format, ready to be gifted or printed in an elegant design.

Redemption conditions:

The voucher price includes VAT, but does not include the local tourist tax, payable on-site for guests over 18 years: 500 Ft/person/night in 2025, 750 Ft/person/night in 2026.

The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, except during peak and holiday periods (such as the summer period between 19 June and 31 August, Easter, Pentecost, Christmas, the period between the holidays, New Year’s Eve).

The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. No refund or service exchange is available for unused or partially used vouchers.

The voucher can only be redeemed through direct booking with the hotel, including online bookings, depending on availability. During online booking, guests may upgrade room type, extend the stay, increase the number of guests, or request weekend use for an additional fee.
